Who We Are…

FullSizeRender DadDenny Robbins, Owner and CEO Denny has been building in Loveland, Colorado, since 1974.  He started building custom homes as Dennis Robbins Carpentry, Inc. shortly after graduating from Loveland High School and started building his first house by the age of 19.  Denny has been involved in all kinds of projects since that time, and morphed into the new name Robbins Contracting in 2010 as his business had grown from a one-man carpenter builder to encompass full design-build general contractor services.  He has built everything from luxury custom homes highlighted in the Parade of Homes to mountain custom homes requiring rock to be blown out of the side of a mountain.  His experience and wisdom only continues to grow alongside his impressive portfolio.

Denny enjoys staying involved with his church and riding his Harley Davidson through the mountains.  He and his wife just recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary, and enjoy spending their time with their kids and grandchildren.

Kennedy School Campus in Los Angeles, California.  Since Tyler’s return to Northern Colorado, Robbins Contracting has grown to encompass a design branch alongside their construction side to compliment the business as a full design-build contractor.

Jordan Coughenour, Project Manager and Estimator:  Jordan graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management. His first job after college was working as a consultant and auditor for construction projects that were being developed by major companies and organizations around the United States. Even though the dynamic work experience and exciting travel destinations were very attractive, Jordan was still longing to get back to his childhood dream; building custom homes. As a kid he dreamed he would be building homes off the coast of Malibu, but Northern Colorado was a close second!

In his free time, Jordan enjoys yoga, meditation, reading, writing, working out, snowboarding, bike riding, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors of Colorado.
